Chris brings a wealth of experience and a unique perspective shaped by his journey from the 101st Airborne Division to over two decades of success in software engineering and leadership roles. His career spans multiple industries, including banking, healthcare, and technology, where he has consistently delivered transformative results by combining technical expertise with a people-first leadership approach.

Chris has led agile software teams at organizations such as Wells Fargo and IQVIA, driving innovation, efficiency, and collaboration. Known for his ability to empower teams and foster dynamic, cross-departmental partnerships, he is committed to creating environments where developers thrive and business objectives are exceeded. His philosophy, “Technology empowers, but it’s people who transform,” underscores his approach to leadership and technical strategy.

Outside of work, Chris is a devoted man of faith and family, with a loving wife of 22 years, six children, one granddaughter, and a passion for bass fishing and spending time with friends and loved ones. Originally from Michigan, Chris has spent most of his life in Florida.

Steve brings a wealth of diverse business experience to his role as COO. His impressive 27-year career with Ingersoll Rand saw him rise through the ranks, holding positions from Sales and Sales Management to Regional and National Sales Manager. This tenure provided extensive experience in P&L management, private distribution sales growth, facility management, CRM development, personnel training and development, and human resources. Throughout his time at Ingersoll Rand, Steve consistently demonstrated an ability to drive revenue and profit growth.

Beyond his corporate background, Steve has a proven track record of entrepreneurial success. He purchased and served as Vice President of a distribution provider, focusing on business development and sales. Later, he acquired and led a medium-sized printing company as President, where he oversaw all aspects of operations, from P&L and financial management to sales growth, payroll, capital expenditures, and facilities. Under his leadership, gross sales more than doubled in just two years. Most recently, Steve has excelled as a Realtor for the past seven years, achieving double-digit sales growth annually, culminating in over $10 million in sales in 2024.

Cody Alton, Principal Software Engineer, brings a wealth of experience and a passion for software development to Triton. His career began with contributions to open-source independent projects, including notable work on the early stages of the popular UnRaid software. He then honed his skills in the enterprise world, serving as a Lead Software Engineer for many years at both Wells Fargo and IQVIA. A full-stack developer primarily specializing in the Microsoft stack, Cody has consistently excelled throughout his career. Since joining Triton, he has built upon this success with numerous internal and client projects, quickly becoming a sought-after talent within the company.

Beyond his technical expertise, Cody is a proud Christian and devoted father of seven children, alongside his wife of 19 years. In his free time, he enjoys playing guitar and exploring the realms of science fiction through reading.

Ben Yarema joins the team as a Software Engineer II, bringing a solid foundation in full-stack development and enterprise-level experience. A graduate of the Full Stack Software Developer program at Coder Foundry, Ben honed his skills during two years at Wells Fargo as an enterprise software engineer specializing in enterprise messaging. He further expanded his expertise during a two-year tenure at a laboratory data company, working as a full-stack developer.

Prior to his tech career, Ben served six years in the Marine Corps, demonstrating a commitment to service and a strong work ethic. Outside of his professional life, Ben enjoys spending quality time with his family and indulging in his strategic side with the game Civilization.
